Daily Schedule

What follows is an example of a typical day at the Flynn Home. Our schedules are a strategic blend of personal and professional time that maximizes opportunities for wellness, counseling and recovery. Schedules vary with the seasons and treatment programs, but have as their core guidelines the 12-Step Philosophy.

7:00 am 8:30 am Quiet Time, Breakfast, Clean Room
8:30 am 9:30 am Check In, Mindfulness, Readings
9:30 am 11:00 am Lecture, Counseling, Yoga, Group Sessions
11:15 am 12:00 pm Situation Exercises
12:00 pm 1:30 pm Lunch, Rest
1:30 pm 3:00 pm Interactive Recovery Tool Sessions (Recovery Coaching, etc.)
3:30 pm 4:30 pm Exercise
4:30 pm 6:00 pm Work In Yard, Garden Or Residence, Prepare Dinner
6:00 pm 8:00 pm Dinner, Rest
8:00 pm 9:30 pm 12-Step Fellowship
